This website is managed and operated by IT-Tecture itself. The underlying server infrastructure (VPS) is provided by the infrastructure provider Domainfactory GmbH. In this context, Domainfactory processes the data generated when the website is accessed (see Section 3, Log Data) on our behalf for technical reasons.<\/p>

3. Collection and Processing of Personal Data<\/h2>

Log Data<\/h3>

When you visit our website, log data is automatically collected (e.g., IP address, browser, operating system, access time, requested page) . This data is technically necessary to provide the website and ensure its operation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest in operational security and technical analysis of errors). The log data is deleted after 30 days, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.<\/p>

Contact Form<\/h3>

When you use our contact form, we process your information (name, email address, message) to handle your inquiry. If your inquiry is intended to initiate or fulfill a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. In all other cases, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest in processing incoming inquiries). Your information will not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of the technical service providers listed in Section 4.<\/p>
